Terms of Use

1. The service

HoMoment is an iPhone app for recording personal moments. Your content is stored on your device and in your own iCloud; sync is provided by Apple iCloud.

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms and the App Store Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Your content

Everything you record belongs to you. We do not access, use or review your content.

You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe the rights of others.

Because your data lives on your device and in your iCloud, keep iCloud turned on with enough free space, and consider exporting your data regularly. We cannot recover data lost due to a lost device, iCloud account issues or your own deletion.

3. HoMoment Pro

HoMoment Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are as shown in the App Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

If Pro ends, everything you have saved stays available to view, edit and export; new items follow the free plan limits.

4. Free plan limits

The limits of the free plan and Pro are described in the app. We may adjust them as the product evolves, but never by deleting content you have already saved.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, Apple service outages, device failures or similar causes.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
